We are seeking a Franchise Development Coordinator who will play an integral role in our organization, assisting, supporting and qualifying new leads for our Director of Franchise Development. Duties and responsibilities

· Manage the lead qualification process for prospective franchisees

· Assist in coordinating the sale-to-open process of new Code Ninjas franchise locations.

· Contact leads and engage in conversations designed to qualify the lead and ensure market viability and availability.

· Identify high potential prospects and transition them to the respective Development representative.

· Work with the Marketing team on lead quality review and outbound strategies and lead generation efforts.

· Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with the Director of Franchise Development

· Set up meetings or calls between qualified leads and the Director of Franchise Development

· Develop and maintain current and working knowledge of Code Ninjas services and competitive differences

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree or at least 5 years of relevant work experience

· 2-3 years of sales experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets

· Strong communication skills via phone and email

· Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skillsCompensation/Benefits
