Responsibilities:

Conceptualizing creative ideas with the Team.

Testing and improving the design of the website.

Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.

Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.

Adhere to accessibility guidelines and standards (508, etc.)

Maintain cohesive design philosophy, user experience throughout the site

Multiple language, region, country, etc. Internationalization and localization (nice to have)

Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps and wireframes.

Requirements:

A relevant diploma in related field.

Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and other visual design tools.

Proficiency in front-end development web programming languages such as HTML and CSS, and JavaScript.

.NET Core or Framework MVC design pattern

Razor template engine (or similar server side template engine)

Angular, Knockout, or similar front end data binding library or framework experience

Good understanding of search engine optimization principles.

Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues.

Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies.

Adaptable and willing to learn new techniques.

Portfolio and sample work required.
