Code Ninjas seeks a Director of Marketing reporting into the Vice President of Marketing. This position offers a unique opportunity to play an integral role with the world’s largest and fastest-growing coding franchise.

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Build, manage and analyze campaigns in Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.

· Strategize and execute marketing campaigns in the US, UK and Canada.

· Provide reporting, analysis and recommendations for marketing initiatives.

· Manage advertising budget and spend.

· Oversee search engine optimization including on-site and off-site SEO, local SEO and local listings management.

· Scope and implement marketing automation efforts for a global brand.

· Assist with management of corporate social media channels.

· Serve as the day-to-day contact with digital marketing agencies and vendors.

· Help develop content for social media, blog, landing pages, digital ads, and more.

REQUIREMENTS

· 5 years of marketing experience with a company or agency.

· 3 years managing Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics.

· 2 years owning lead generation, lead nurture and customer retention efforts.

· 2 years directly managing digital marketing campaigns.

· Confident and able to present results and recommendations to various teams and executives.

· Outstanding time-management skills.
