Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest-growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 7-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way – by playing and building video games they love. Kids have blast and can’t wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt. Code Ninjas specializes in Technology & Coding education and summer camps. We offer some of the most exciting and cutting-edge summer camp experiences across the Newport Beach & Costa Mesa, CA.
Weekday & Weekend hours - hours change for summer/fall/winter/spring (typical hours 3pm-7pm week days, 1pm - 4pm Saturdays)
What are we looking for?
Assistant Direct is a leader in essence for all the regular center activities during the school year and summer camps. He/She is a key team member responsible & accountable for the center management and summer camp management (camper safety, camper enjoyment and implementation of summer camps)

For success, the Assistant Director must have:
An enthusiastic, outgoing and team-oriented personality
Outstanding communication skills
Very good organizational skills
A 4 year degree
1 – 2 years of management, customer service, sales or education preferred
Experience with Summer Camp operations & procedures preferred
Motivation to take the initiative to ensure student’s success - imperative
A confident and flexible demeanor
The Assistant Director’s typical day includes, but is not limited to:
Managing complete sales process – e.g. Lead calling, giving tours to potential clients, closing sales
Managing front end administrative office
Assist Director in Hiring, training, scheduling and supervising part-time teachers
Monitoring daily center activities
Reviewing student programs and ensuring academic achievement
Participating in local marketing activities to help grow your center’s business
Promote the positive image of the Code Ninjas and play a major role in making the Code Ninjas a provider of choice in STEM programs for the communities we are in
Help achieve profitability for the company

Job Types: This position will start as Part-time then transitioning to Full-time
