Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest-growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 7-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way – by playing and building video games they love. Kids have blast and can’t wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt. Code Ninjas specializes in Technology & Coding education and summer camps. We offer some of the most exciting and cutting-edge summer camp experiences across Newport Beach & Costa Mesa, CA.
Weekday & Weekend hours - hours change for summer/fall/winter/spring (typical hours 3pm-7pm week days, 10am - 2pm Saturdays)
What are we looking for?
Assistant Direct is a leader in essence for all the regular center activities during the school year and summer camps. He/She is a key team member responsible & accountable for the center management and summer camp management (camper safety, camper enjoyment, and implementation of summer camps)

Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily operations of the center and employees.
Following up with leads, scheduling tours, and enrolling new students.
Working with our software to maintain communication with clients.
Working with parents to define children's learning needs.
Working with schools and local organizations to plan events and providing information about our services.
Engaging with children and families in the center.
Ensuring that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
Ensuring the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
Upholding corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
Opening / Closing the center as needed.
Willingness to learn from and communicate with (super cool) hands-on owners.
Qualifications:
Experience managing a team.
Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics.
Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.
Flexible schedule
Familiarity with Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment.
Passion for STEM education.
Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Job Types: This position will start as Part-time then transitioning to Full-time
