Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a local community marketing outreach specialist. This role is ideal for those with a passion for kids' education and technology, enjoys working with people, creative in outreach, and have a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:

Reach out to local school personnel and PTA members to create opportunities for joint events and programs

Be resourceful to build a network of supportive local businesses to develop joint offers and events that drive mutual success

Seek out and participate in local community events that attract families with elementary and middle school-aged children.

Identify and pursue new avenues for tour signups, utilizing scrappy unconventional approaches

Be accountable for scheduling a set number of tour appointments each week.

Required qualifications:

Excellent (oral & written) communication skills.

Strong networking abilities and a knack for building relationships.

Ability to plan, organize, and execute outreach, events and programs.

Have the energy & resourcefulness to get things done.

Highly self-disciplined with strong work ethic.

Preferred qualifications:

Any experience in local community engagement, marketing, sales or related fields.

Any experience working with local schools in Tracy, Mountain House and Lathrop.

Experience in using / creating materials in Canva.
