Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve low voltage-related issues for our clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Provide technical assistance with security surveillance systems
- Provide technical assistance with AV hardware such as TVs, amplifiers and phone systems
- Resolve issues for clients via phone and by working with on site support teams
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
