Job Description

We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team! You will resolve low voltage-related issues for our clients. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
• Provide technical assistance with security surveillance systems
• Provide technical assistance with AV hardware such as TVs, amplifiers and phone systems
• Resolve issues for clients via phone and by working with on site support teams
• Recommend hardware and software improvements
• Track customer issues and resolutions

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
