At Code Ninjas, kids learn to code by building video games. Our Senseis mentor students in a fun and engaging environment while building their confidence and technical skills.

Our Senseis are the lifeblood of our Code Ninjas center. This individual oversees the day-to-day coaching and student engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach kiddos how coding and tech actually work in a fun way • Help ninjas fix bugs and level up their projects • Hype up creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Keep the class fun, focused, and chaos-free • Share student progress and updates with the Center Director and parents when needed

Ideal Candidate

Basic coding knowledge & desire to learn more

Familiarity with Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft, JavaScript, or Python

Unity experience is a plus

Experience working with kids preferred

Strong communication skills

Reliable and punctual

Passionate about STEM education

Patient and energetic

Comfortable leading small groups

Team player

Schedule Availability:

Available shifts Mon-Fri : 4 pm to 7 pm, Sat - 10 am to 1 pm.
