RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create the content/curriculum for the Software QA Testing program
- Deliver instruction on Software QA Testing and related topics
- Facilitate group discussions, demos, and in-class remote activities
- Follow industry trends for Software QA Testing
- Play a hands-on role in curriculum development, use what you learn from working with students to make the curriculum world class
- Gather and report on student metrics
- Work alongside Coding Dojo's Online Instruction team to deliver remote training
- Participate in professional training, so you stay fresh
- Responsible for potential deployment with any/multiple Coding Dojo clients with the ability to flex work and tasks based on client needs and requests
- Contribute to the building and reviewing of curriculum content (lessons, assignments, activities, etc.)
- Attend daily team meetings and program meetings
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE OF A SOFTWARE QA TESTER:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or computer related field plus minimum 2 years of experience in software development and quality Engineering
- Hands-on on expertise in building frameworks and scripts ( e.g. Selenium, Test NG, Cucumber , Junit, Load Runner and HP Storm Runner)
- Experience with Web and Mobile Applications Testing.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, prioritization, decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching that would include one or more areas of mentoring, industry training, online, or classroom instruction.

- Defect tracking tools: JIRA
