    We are searching for an experienced Administrative AssistantPersonal Assistant, _Executive Assistant _to support our CEO. Seeking a full-time exceptionally bright, agile, and self-motivated individual.

    This exciting role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to juggle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and skill in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside of the organization is an essential requirement.

    The role will also provide the support needed from a personal assistant dimension, so that the CEO can focus 100% of his attention to critical business matters. Additionally, this role will organize and coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, and periodically oversee special projects. We are looking for someone who is creative and enjoys working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, possessing the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. They must have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

    • Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing, and preparing potentially confidential correspondence, arranging complex/detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas, compiling documents for remote/travel-related meetings, and running personal errands as needed.
    • Plans, coordinates, and ensures the CEO's personal and professional schedule is followed and respected. Acts in the role of "gatekeeper" and "gateway,” creating win-win situations for direct access to the CEO's time and office.
    • Communicates directly, and on behalf of the CEO on matters related to CEO's initiative.
    • Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action, referral, or response (including when to escalate matters).
    • Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
    • Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgement letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks.
    • Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles work tasks expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
    • Meets regularly with CEO to review status of projects, plan key events, meetings, and upcoming travel (when applicable), prioritizes open action items, conducts vendor and product research (for example: secret shopping competitors).
    • Some responsibility will require travel around the Seattle/Bellevue area.

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's Degree or Higher preferred
    • Strong work tenure: 3-7 years of administrative assistance or similar experience
    • Basic financial literacy
    • Functioning Knowledge: Google Doc, Microsoft (Excel, Word, Outlook), iCloud Calendar, and other like technologies and software

    Preferred Experience:

    • Administrative Support: 5 years
    • C-Suite Level Support: 2+ years

    License/Certification:

    • Valid Driver's License and insurance (Required)

    Schedule

    • Varies and could include some weekends/evenings
