What you'll do

• Support Marketing, Sales, and Instruction teams in analyses including identifying variances in key metrics between systems
• Develop, design and support Tableau/Excel dashboards and reports utilizing all features and capabilities
• Assist in the validation and QA of new sources of data
• Partner with current team to interact with business users across the company and understand their requirements
• Act as a resource for team members in translating business needs into technical designs

What we're looking for

• Proficient in Excel (experience using index(match), VLOOKUP, creating pivot tables, etc)
• Ability to create data visualizations using BI Tools or Excel (Tableau, Google Data Studio preferred)
• Experience in the design, development, and testing using SQL
• Experience in data profiling & quick understanding of new data sources
• Experience on data engineering activities to pull data from multiple source systems and integrate various data sources
• Previous work with Python or R is a bonus, but not required
• High attention to detail and accuracy and strong analytical skills required
• Ability to work independently, maintain tight deadlines, solve problems quickly, creatively and proactively
