This position is a rare opportunity to join a rapidly growing start-up and make a positive impact in many people's lives. At Coding Dojo we pride ourselves on possessing a culture of execution that caters to wave makers rather than wave riders. Teaching Assistants observe design work and presentations in order to provide feedback, and lead formal and impromptu critique sessions when necessary.
    • Supporting Teams: Teaching Assistants hold students to due dates, do daily stand-ups and  weekly 1:1s, enforce the Coding Dojo “20 minute rule” that helps build the self sufficiency needed in their careers, check-in with teams throughout the day to provide feedback and track progress and troubleshoot project blockers.
    • Supporting curriculum. Teaching Assistants will also have the ability to have input in the curriculum, helping shape the learning and content, as well as monitoring its effectiveness and helping iterate through even more effective products.
