    Job Summary

    The Coeur d'Alene Resort Front Desk Agent represents the first point of contact with guests and handles all stages of a guest's stay.

    The Front Desk Agent will register/book guests in and out of their rooms, while accommodating special requests. Our Front Desk Teams principle responsibility is to create and maintain lasting memories for each of our Resort Guests.

    Essential Functions

    • General reception duties including greeting Guests as they arrive and depart.
    • Answering general information questions.
    • Handle incoming phone calls, and take new reservations when necessary.
    • Check-in and out multiple Guests per day.

    Job Requirements

    • Have the ability to multi-task.
    • Must be proficient in basic computer skills and have a willingness to learn property-specific software program
    • Convey a calm and organized disposition even when busy.
    • Provide efficient, courteous service to our Guests.
    • Possess an outgoing, positive, enthusiastic attitude.
    • Must be confident in problem-solving and decision-making
    • Basic math and money-handling skills.
    • Work as a part of a team.

    Job Summary

    Must be able to exceed guest's expectations by providing a high standard service. Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction. Engage with customers and personalize service by following Hagadone Hospitality philosophy.

    Essential Functions

    • Take orders and deliver food and beverage.
    • Must be knowledgeable about both food items and liquor.
    • Interact with guests throughout their meal.
    • Maintain a neat and tidy appearance of each table.
    • Daily side work and stocking as necessary throughout shift.
    • Accurately document all money transactions throughout shift.
    • Must be at least 19 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
    • Ability to carry as many as four plates at one time, weighing up to 25 pounds.
    • Understand and use MICROS system.
    • Capacity to stand for up to six hours at a time.
    • Deal with customer difficulties as they arise.

    • Full Time Employees are offered these benefits first of the month following 60 days of employment
    • Must maintain a minimum of 30 hours per week or more.
    • Variable hour team members could be eligible 12 months after their date of hire, with supervisor approval, so long as they have averaged 30+ hours per week throughout their first year.

    401K Plan:

    • Team members are eligible to participate at the age of 21 or greater and at the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment.
    • 50% match up to a 4% contribution from the team member.

    PTO :

    • 6 months gets 7 PTO days - 728 hours (average 28 hours per week)
    • 1 year gets 10 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
    • 2-4 years gets 15 PTO days - 1,456 hours (average 28 hours per week)
    • 5+ years gets 20 PTO days - 1,200 hours (average 23 hours per week)

    Holiday Pay:

    • Hourly team members who work on Thanksgiving and Christmas will be paid their wage at time and a half.
