The Coeur d'Alene Resort Golf Course is a fast-paced work environment and the Guest Services position is a customer-facing role that requires standing for long periods, lifting heavy golf bags, and being outdoors for the majority of the time. We're looking for self-starters, people who are friendly and enjoy interacting with anyone and everyone, and those who like to stay busy and work as part of a greater team to create an unmatched experience for Guests visiting our resort and golf course.

Job Summary

Assist with the day-to-day operations of the golf course and assist Guests pre and post-round.

Essential Functions

• Greet Guests, assist with golf bags, answer questions, and direct them to course facilities
• Assist Caddie Master with bag room duties (Organizing golf bags, rental clubs, etc.)
• Oversee practice facilities
• Tournament and event set-up and tear-down
• Operate Putter Boat shuttling Guests to and from Floating Green

Job Requirements

• Must work weekends/afternoons/holidays
• Able to work outside in extreme/changing weather conditions
• Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Able to physically stand for long periods of time, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds
• Golf knowledge preferred
• Must be 16 years of age with a valid drivers license

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal (April-October)

Pay: From $12.00 per hour, opportunity for gratuity
