    We're Cometeer, and we're flipping the coffee game on its head, starting in our own backyard.

    Founded and brewed in Massachusetts, our factory in Gloucester is where the magic happens. We partner with legendary roasters like George Howell (a local icon), Counter Culture, Onyx, and Birch. We brew their coffee to perfection, flash-freeze it, and ship it direct to customers in fully recyclable aluminum capsules. Just melt it with hot water, no machines, no bitterness, no lines. Hailed as a game-changer in the world of coffee, Cometeer has captured national attention earning praise from Time Magazine as “the future of coffee” and garnering features in The New York Times, Wired, and Bon Appétit.

    This isn't tech disguised as coffee, we're coffee people, using serious tech to make something we all love better. And we're proud to say it started right here in the Bay State. We're hiring passionate, local talent to help bring Cometeer to more people across Greater Boston.

    What You'll Do as a Coffee Sales Rep:

    This is not a cashier job. You're out front, representing a better way to coffee. Most folks don't even realize how much better their daily cup could be, until they try Cometeer.

    • Guide mall guests through quick and compelling Cometeer Demos
    • Learn and deliver the 8 Goals of Membership: a conversational framework that turns sampling into sales
    • Sign up new members and educate them on how Cometeer fits into their lives
    • Track personal performance and earn bonuses based on your results
    • Represent the Cometeer brand with confidence, style, and integrity
    • Improve every week through coaching, feedback, and hands-on experience, and rise through the ranks as you grow your skills

Top performers are fast-tracked into Sales Leadership roles, and eventually Store Manager. If you can deliver results and lead by example, we'll give you the tools, coaching, and opportunity to grow into leadership

    • Care about great coffee, food, or delivering a solid customer experience
    • Have previous experience in sales, retail, food service, or hospitality (a plus, not required)
    • Love talking to people and can hold a confident, authentic conversation
    • Are reliable, energetic, and eager to be part of something local and fast-growing

    What to Expect From the Hiring Process

    We're moving fast, and we value people who follow directions, bring energy, and show up ready to sell.

    Here's What You Can Expect:

    • Apply Online – Submit your application and watch your inbox for next steps.
    • Initial Virtual Interview 15 min – A quick introduction with a recruiter to align on expectations and review your sales potential or experience.
    • Second Interview (Virtual) 30 min – Meet with a Regional Manager to deliver a sales pitch (we'll provide the script after your first interview) and discuss career opportunities, expectations, and long-term goals.
    • Final Interview (In-Person) 30min – Meet with our Store Manager to experience the job and team firsthand, and make sure it's a strong cultural fit for both sides.

    We aim to make hiring decisions within 3 to 7 days of receiving strong applications.


    Schedule & Availability

    Starts as a Part-Time role at The Natick Mall

    Open availability is a plus, especially evenings and weekends

    Compensation & Perks:

    Top performers regularly earn $1,500+/week With Hourly Pay plus Commission

    Hourly Pay:

    • $18/hour paid training
    • $20/hour post-training

    Commission Structure:

    • 35% commission per Membership Sale
    • Retention Bonus: To reward long-term customer impact, team members earn a 5% commission bonus for every percentage point their personal retention rate exceeds 45%. This bonus is paid monthly and can effectively double your commission earnings. The more customers you help stay subscribed, the more you earn, up to a 100% bonus on your direct sales commission

    • Must be 18 Year Old
    • Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
