Coffee Service Route Driver (And Micro-Market/Vending Merchandiser)

Job Summary: Drives company-owned truck over established route to deliver and sell products or render services, collects money from machines, ensures micro-market inventory is on par and merchandised, makes changes within the merchandiser/driver app. Additionally, you will be required to maintain customer accounts by inventorying and stocking customer break rooms with products, organizing countertops, and cleaning equipment, to build solid, positive working partnerships with customers. Drivers will assist pulling orders in the morning each morning. Must have a passion for serving, personal accountability, drive, strong organizational skills, willingness to learn, adaptable.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Drives truck to deliver such items as coffee, soft drinks, bakery products, specialty foods, snack items, and sundries to customer's place of business
Displays high levels of customer service and retention
Maintains micro-market and vending inventory levels and records information in the Executive Refreshments system
Places stock on shelves or racks in vending machines/micro-markets
Conducts minor service and adjustments on markets
When necessary reports defective equipment to designated maintenance repair service operators or technician dispatcher
Collects stale, rejected, or unsold merchandise. and records information in the Executive Refreshments system
Records transactions on the appropriate card and/or electronic device; accountable for cash and product
May assist Customer Service Managers with daily opening and closing of the operation, and training of new route service personnel
Delivers customer order and manage product par levels for managed accounts
Delivers and stocks customer breakrooms
Assists in pulling orders/markets each morning
Informs customers of new products and/or services; listens and report service complaints
Selects items from warehouse and loads truck; prepares order forms for food and pastry products
Ensures all product is rotated and removes out of dates
Performs routine maintenance and sanitation of machines
Sets up merchandise and sales promotion displays or issues sales promotion materials to customers
Accounts for all receipt of goods, invoices, delivery tickets, cash received or collected and product
Collects money from machines and refills bills and coin changers
Follows required market planogram and imports necessary information into the internal system
Maintains clean and safe work environment; performs job safely
Keeps company vehicle clean, well-maintained and organized at all times; preforms pre & post trip vehicle inspections
Operates the company vehicle safely and responsibly, adhering to traffic regulations at all times.
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· 2 years of previous driving, delivering inventory/merchandising experience required
· Preferred 1-2 years of sales/customer service experience
· High School degree or equivalent
· Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
· Background check
· Must frequently lift up to 40 lbs.; push/pull up to 100 lbs. using a rolling dolly or similar equipment, often up/down a slight incline or ramp

Pay: From $22.00 per hour + quarterly bonus
