    Located in the heart of Downtown Eau Claire inside The Lismore Hotel, a DoubleTree by Hilton, Eau Claire Downtown Coffee (ECDC) is a warm and welcoming, comfortable place for locals and travelers alike. We’re searching for our next Coffee Shop Manager who is passionate about the craft, culture, and community that great coffee and service bring with it. Responsibilities: In this role, you’ll guide a fast-paced team; nurture a coffee program and food menu built on consistency, care, and craft; and each day, you’ll bring warmth, intention, and a steady, positive presence that sets the tone for the entire café. Qualifications: • 2–4+ years of coffee shop or café experience, with an understanding of fast-paced service environments. • Close attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to quality. • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso equipment, drink standards, and efficient café workflow. • Experience with food handling and/or service with a deli style menu. • A hands-on with ordering, inventory management, product rotation, and vendor relationships. • Knowledge of cost control, waste reduction practices, merchandising, and product presentation. • Flexible availability, for early mornings, weekends, and holidays. Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 yearly
