Job Description

• Perform tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
• Help marketing executives with organizing projects
• Assist with organizing promotional events and campaigns and attend them to ensure their success
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
• Communicate directly with clients and build trusting relationships
• Work with customers at in-person marketing events
• Attend staff meetings and/or meetings with clients

Qualifications

• Strong computer skills required with proficiency in use of software including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work well in a busy environment.
