We are seeking a SENIOR LEVEL VICE PRESIDENT FOR RESTAURANT OPERATIONS for a Vancouver based multi-brand franchise restaurant Co. Two hundred (200 plus) locations in CANADA with continued organic & acquisition growth mode underway. Privately held, this organization seeks the right fit individual to join its Senior Executive team as a key player and leader in the future of organization’s goals and growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• You will have earned your experience originally in operations, climbing to regional multi-unit level VP of 100 plus locations, with a track record of leading operations teams & driving the day-to-day aspect of Franchise operating systems.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous VP Role/Senior Operations and or Real Estate
• Site selection/leasing & construction project Mgt. exposure, leading to successful location openings.
• Understanding of FDD management protocols & contract compliance
• Keen franchise business relations skills
• Outstanding presentation, both written & verbal skills
• Entrepreneurial set skills & ability to connect to unit level operational culture
• Full Service/Quick Casual and/or QSR background in multi-unit operations
• Passion for excellence & the fun & creativity of restaurant business operations
• Extensive CANADA wide & USA travel involved
• Senior Operations of approximately 100 Franchise Restaurant locations of Full Service and/or QSR..
