    Job Summary

    Responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of the organization’s marketing and events initiatives, enhancing the internal Caring Associate experience and external customer experience through fun, collaborative and creative marketing and culture campaigns that simultaneously bring standardization and consistency of brands across the companies. Provides key administrative support to the Coghlin Companies leadership and marketing teams, performing a variety of support functions and general office and administrative tasks outlined below.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    · Work closely with Director of Marketing, Culture and Events to ensure companywide culture and communication goals are met

    · Help plan and execute internal events and programs to enhance company culture, including vendor management

    · Assist with maintaining internal culture programs including Cultural Pillar, EOED, Mentor Program

    · Create company marketing and promotional materials, including graphics, videos, flyers, and presentations

    · Provide administrative support on a variety of activities for leadership team, department managers, marketing, and business development teams with a positive and proactive attitude, ensuring excellent execution

    · Organize and set up for customer visits (scheduling, visitor forms, day of set up, presentations)

    · Write and proofread a variety of company communications, marketing materials and sales documents before release

    · Help ensure that the Coghlin Companies philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization

    · Manage CT/CX TV content (keeping all information up to date and creating content)

    · Assist in overseeing various company programs (vending, coffee program, etc.)

    · Book travel for customers and internal associates when needed

    · Facilitate communication during customer NDA process

    · Assist with outside Sales Representatives: work with outside sales firms, maintain representative accounts and files, update Marketing Agreements, account listings

    · Act as a back-up for receptionist when needed, and helps manage front desk coverage

    · Perform other duties as required

    Qualifications

    · BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

    · 4-8 years of experience in communications, marketing, events and/or related field.

    · Ability to work under pressure, superior attention to detail and organizational skills

    · Professional communication skills and experience working with executives and senior associates.

    · Must use discretion in handling confidential information.

    · Positive attitude, self-motivator and tenacious follow up.

    · Superior customer service and proactive attitude.

    · Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Canva. Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, video editing software a plus.

    · Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

    · A demonstrated commitment to company values.

    Working Environment

    · Generally works in an office environment, but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting. Occasional travel required.

    Physical Requirements

    · Interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting.

    · Must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone.
