    Job Summary

    The Marketing Specialist is an integral part of the Marketing Team and is responsible for assisting in the planning and execution of the organization’s marketing and communication strategies, web and lead generation development, public relations campaigns, and enhancing the internal Caring Associate experience and external customer experience through fun, collaborative and creative marketing and culture campaigns that simultaneously bring standardization and consistency of brands across the companies.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    · Execute best-in-class marketing campaigns dedicated to heightened branding awareness, cultivating leads, enhancing partner relationships, and increasing sales efforts and overall profitability.

    · Increase online awareness and branding by utilizing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) through the balanced creation of PRs, blogs, videos, newsletters, and strategic social media posts.

    · Work with third-party marketing partners on various web, marketing and communications initiatives to ensure successful understanding and execution.

    · Assist in analyzing web and campaign metrics for continuous improvement.

    · Create company marketing and promotional materials, including graphics, videos, flyers, and presentations.

    · Work closely with Director of Marketing, Administration and Events to ensure companywide marketing and communications goals are met.

    · Assist in the planning and execution of internal events and programs to enhance company culture.

    · Participate in cross-functional teams on special projects.

    · Help ensure that the Coghlin Companies philosophy, mission and vision are pertinent and practiced throughout the organization.

    Qualifications

    · BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related field; Master’s a plus.

    · 4-8 years of experience in marketing, marketing communications and/or related field.

    · Experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relationships activities.

    · Excellent creative, analytical, multitasking, and organizational skills.

    · Excellent verbal/written communication skills.

    · Proficient in: Microsoft Office, Outlook, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite. Google Analytics and video editing software a plus.

    · Experience with Internet search and analytics.

    · Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.

    · Outstanding work ethic, POSITIVE “can do” attitude and enjoys a collaborative environment.

    · Trustworthy and capable of handling confidential information.

    Working Environment

    · Generally works in an office environment, but may occasionally be required to perform job duties outside of the typical office setting such as company-sponsored events.

    Physical Requirements

    · Interaction with people and technology while either standing or sitting.

    · Must be able to communicate face-to-face and on the phone with a high level of confidence.
