We are seeking enthusiastic, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our team! In your role as a Cognitive Skills Trainer, you will work one-on-one with students of all ages using the LearningRx model and programs. Trainers deliver engaging, structured exercises designed to strengthen students' cognitive skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one brain training sessions following the LearningRx methodology

Provide encouragement, support, and accountability to clients throughout their program

Track client progress and maintain accurate training records

Communication with leadership team and parents regarding student performance

Foster a positive, professional, and motivating atmosphere

Attend initial and ongoing training to maintain program fidelity

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High energy, positive attitude, and a passion for helping others succeed

Ability to follow structured programs with attention to detail

Patience, adaptability, and consistency in working with students of varying ages and needs

Ability and willingness to train remotely via Google meet

Prior teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience preferred (but not required)
