    Our headquarters are located in Palo Alto, CA. All positions are hybrid with regional offices located throughout the United States.

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Investor Relations Coordinator to support our investor relations team in fostering positive relationships with investors and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of financial markets. This role will involve coordinating investor communications, organizing investor events, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the investor relations function.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist in the development and implementation of investor relations strategies and initiatives to enhance investor engagement and satisfaction.
    • Support corporate, development, and communication programs and projects.
    • Coordinate the preparation and dissemination of investor communications, including earnings releases, presentations, and annual reports.
    • Manage investor inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate responses or directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
    • Maintain investor contact databases and ensure data accuracy, updating investor profiles and communication preferences as needed.
    • Support the planning and execution of investor events, including annual meetings, analyst days, and investor conferences.
    • Coordinate logistics for investor meetings and conference calls, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and materials distribution.
    • Monitor and analyze market and industry trends, as well as competitor activities, to provide insights and recommendations to the investor relations team.
    • Assist in the preparation of materials for investor presentations, board meetings, and other investor-related forums.
    • Collaborate with finance, legal, and communications teams to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and disclosures.
    • Conduct research and analysis on peer companies and industry benchmarks to support benchmarking exercises and competitive analysis.
    • Prepare regular reports on investor relations activities, key metrics, and stakeholder feedback for senior management and the board of directors.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, economics, or related field.
    • Previous experience in investor relations, finance, or corporate communications preferred.
    • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment principles, and corporate finance concepts.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with investors, analysts, and internal stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends.
    • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and best practices in investor relations.
    • Experience with investor relations software and databases (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet, IR websites) is a plus.
    • A business partner with the experience and confidence necessary to work with senior executives and employees at all levels to deliver results.
    • Must be able to exercise judgment and independently determine and take appropriate action where precedent may not exist.
    • Must be able to develop solutions to a wide range of highly complex problems, which require an in-depth degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
    • Maturity of temperament and emotional intelligence; able to render a calm stabilizing presence without compromising influence and authority.
