Seeking a Plaintiff's Personal Injury Attorney (Encino) Plaintiff's Personal Injury Law Firm looking for an Associate. The applicant must be a team player; training will be provided, but applicant must possess basic legal proficiencies, common sense and acumen; must have sufficient legal research and writing skills necessary to draft law and motion and other legal documents; be able to make court appearances; must be organized; must be willing to learn and be a fast learner (applicants who are independent and require little to no direction are highly preferred); will be required to accomplish certain tasks in a timely and professional manner; be able to present concise and astute oral arguments; and must be able to litigate and go to trial if necessary (trial experience is preferred, but not necessary). Compensation will be based on the candidate's experience.
