CoinRoutes Inc provides algorithmic trading tools for buying and selling Crypto-Assets more efficiently, ushering in a new era of decentralized finance. Our Clients & Investors are some of the largest Crypto Funds & Trading firms.

Position Details

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can execute all day-to-day financial and accounting tasks and assist with longer term special projects. Depending on past experience, responsibilities may include invoicing, month-end reconciliations, processing payroll, reviewing financial budgets, creating financial projections, and treasury management.

As this role has the potential to encompass many activities, we are willing to consider various experience levels.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of experience working in finance or accounting
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization
• Advanced spreadsheet skills
• Knowledge of Quickbooks
• US GAAP expertise
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to ask for help
• A grounded, professional attitude, even in a casual office environment

Nice To Have:

• Experience in a startup and/or a Saas company
• Knowledge or interest in the digital assets space
• CPA considered a plus
• Experience with billing, payroll, and/or treasury management
• Previous experience with audits and tax
• Experience working independently and building a team
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical people alike
• Collaborative approach to problem solving and a desire to work well with others
• Self-starter with a thirst for knowledge and experimentation
• Eye for detail as well as the ability guide a project from inception to completion
• Communicating proactively and helping teammates where needed
• The independence to manage, execute, and take initiative without supervision
• Comfortable working in a growth-stage startup environment that balances responsiveness to customer needs as well as iterating on product and delivery in real-time
