This position requires strong analytical skills, marketing, digital advertising knowledge, interest in 1P & 3P marketplace management (Amazon, Walmart etc.), direct e-commerce business management, project management, demand generation and forecasting, display advertising, SEM & SEO, email marketing, digital merchandising, and digital content. Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, this role will be assisting the department with the overall sales, reporting and project management for online business. The E-Commerce Specialist will act as a brand/category ambassador when working with various internal and external stakeholders. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Responsible for Quarterly sales performance reporting by category/marketplace/channel - Maintains E-Commerce product lists - Assists with Amazon Advertising Services (AMS), Walmart Placement Ads (WPA) and other digital marketing platforms - Assists with the demand planning team to update category forecast on a monthly and quarterly basis - Assists with the annual budgeting process for categories/brands - Provides feedback on product reviews - Coordinates with various departments to ensure new products are launched on time and in accordance with company's and SEO standards - Works with merchandising and the E-Commerce Manager on E-Commerce friendly repackaging projects and certification - Coordinates resolutions of any logistics, operations or finance issues with buyers (E-Commerce Platforms) - Responsible for item set up on ecommerce platforms - Review inventory with future order quantities at a weekly basis and initiate work orders for ecommerce special multipacks. - Submit ASN at a daily basis - Report late shipment notifications and cancellations on Retail Link - Review Chargebacks and provide recommendations DIRECT-TO-CONSUMER CHANNEL: - Online store coordination - Affiliate marketing coordination - Promotion calendar 3P / 1P / MARKETPLACES: - Amazon 1P/3P accounts coordination - Amazon and Walmart Vendor Central coordination - Operational AMS, WPA and other campaign coordination and maintenance - New product research and competitor analysis CROSS CHANNEL: - Operational performance and logistics - Product research and development - Monthly / Quarterly review and reporting QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's Degree preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain or Business - Strong Analytical Skills (Excel, R, EViews etc.) - Excellent communications and writing skills - SEO and Digital Marketing Benefits: - Medical, Vision and Dental Insurance - 401K Plan with company match - Paid Time Off Colavita USA, LLC is an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability status, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other characteristic protected by law.
