    WE ARE SEEKING A LICENSED INSURANCE AGENT- OR PERSON WILLING TO ACQUIRE THEIR LICENSE- TO JOIN OUR TEAM! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies to clients while striving to maintain a high integrity. We help you develop your leadership skills with the opportunity to build your own agency!

    This position includes full training and support with proven rapid success. This is an uncapped, 100% COMMISSION-BASED PAY STRUCTURE, whereby, you will get whatever you put into it. We have a lead generation system, so there is no need for cold-calling. Our company culture values high integrity while seeking the best for our clients.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Scheduling appointments with warm leads
    • Attend consistent and on-going training via in-person and webinar
    • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
    • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
    • Expand business reach through networking techniques
    • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
    • Track and identify areas for improvement
    • Emphasis on work/life balance

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • INSURANCE LICENSE OR WILLINGNESS TO ACQUIRE ONE
