    Coldwell Banker Professional Group – a full-service residential real estate brokerage has an opportunity for an experienced Marketing Specialist to support our affiliated sales agents and growth in our Newberg, McMinnville, Lincoln City and Eugene offices.  The Marketing Specialist's role is the main customer support and coordination function between marketing and the sales team. The position supports key marketing objectives and goals and works to ensure that agents are supported in the understanding and leveraging company services to build their businesses while also ensuring that the company’s brand image is well represented within the framework of the company core values and strategy. The position will support multiple office locations based on local demographics and production considerations including office geography, number of agents, sales volume (units and listings), as well as concentration of luxury business. This role reports to the branch managers and the franchise owner.  The Specialist will work one-on-one with top-tiered agents to fulfill their print marketing requests, provide strategy support, education on alternative marketing approaches and strategies. A solid understanding of advertising principles is necessary as this position may be responsible for coordinating agent ad opportunities with direct interaction with third-party vendors. Responsibilities: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for: • Understanding, anticipating and coordinating all aspects of assigned marketing projects with regard to the strategic marketing plan, legal compliance requirements, and internal customer requests, with little supervision • Providing marketing service support to sales teams and business leaders and responding in a timely manner • Coordinating the distribution of internal and external marketing literature, and helping to organize and fulfill personalized print or digital orders • Researching, writing and editing content for various marketing materials, internal marketing updates and external marketing • Maintaining ongoing communication, including project statuses and details, with the sales agents and other internal customers • Assist with awards and recognition processes as part of the company’s recognition policies • Serve as subject matter expert and a coach to agents on all company marketing systems, core tools and resources • Outreach to newly affiliated agents • Participate in recruiting presentations in conjunction with branch manager for VIP agents • Remain cognizant of quality issues, rules, industry regulations and protocols pertinent to marketing such as Fair Housing acceptable words, national, state and local association of REALTORS® requirements, MLS and all Coldwell Banker® identity standards Qualifications: Develops innovative forward design concepts Team player The successful Marketing Specialist candidate is a self-starter who will take ownership of projects and will contribute ideas and solutions to ensure the marketing team is successful delivering the best products and the best service. He or she is an enthusiastic team player, strong communicator, very organized, reliable, takes initiative, possesses a strong attention to detail, and has proven success in managing priorities and timelines in an agile marketing environment. • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience • 3+ years in a marketing role with demonstrated knowledge of printing, digital marketing, and social media required • Experience in the real estate, title insurance or a sales-related industry is a plus • Proven ability to interact with sales team members and business leaders in a professional and proactive manner, and work in a collaborative team-oriented environment • Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas and plans to team members and the sales team • Experience in Adobe and Microsoft® Office Suite required; knowledge of Mac programs is a plus • Requires local travel to and between office locations Compensation: $30,000 - $40,000 yearly
