Responsibilities: • Follow-up with leads to increase sales • Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience • Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal • Have local knowledge of the community to answer questions about potential homes and the surrounding neighborhood • Help clients buy and sell properties in Connecticut • Market and advertise properties effectively • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients • Conduct property viewings and open houses • Negotiate contracts and handle all necessary paperwork • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions Qualifications: • A successful and proven sales history is preferred • Great communication and social skills • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • Tech savvy • Organized and manages time effectively • Must be a licensed realtor in the state of Connecticut • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Familiarity with Connecticut's real estate market and regulations • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Attention to detail and ability to multitask Compensation: $75,000 at plan commission
