If you're ready to get started, apply today! • Leads • One-on-One Training • Mentor Program Responsibilities: • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Negotiate and effectively communicate details between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate transactions • Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Possesses relationship building skills, able to uncover client needs and find new sales opportunities • Enthusiastic with excellent people skills • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated and solution oriented Compensation: $125,000+ at plan Commissions
