    This position is responsible for all facets of the property management accounting process. Empowered to create and implement processes and procedures to efficiently execute the processing of accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial statements, and CAM reconciliations. Expected to demonstrate our company values with an emphasis on transparent communication and professional conduct. Responsibilities: • Code and enter vendor expense invoices • Enter bills and process accounts payable • Process accounts receivable and invoice clients and customers • Prepare bank deposits • Responsible for CAM calculations, reconciliation, and invoicing • Process owner payments and collect rents • Ensure accuracy in the general ledger • Three-way account reconciliations and monthly bank account reconciliations • Enforce delinquency policies • Assist in the preparation of Month End reports, reconcile and balance all accounts receivables • Helps to ensure a welcoming office environment and a high level of customer service • Maintains files and accounts Qualifications: • An associate degree in accounting or a related field preferred • 3 years of experience in AR/AP and general accounting • Accounting and property management software experience • Aptitude for business • Detail-oriented • Must be comfortable meeting tight deadlines Compensation: $21 - $23 hourly DOE
