Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties is seeking a full-time Videographer/Photographer to photograph properties and manage the planning, filming, and editing of a variety of video projects. This position is based in Grand Junction, Colorado. We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of our dynamic family; we work hard and have a great time doing it! Attitude is EVERYTHING! Responsibilities: • Photograph homes and commercial properties, working closely with real estate agents to help market their listings with high-quality photos and videos • Edit video content for daily company e-newsletter • Edit 10+ market update videos each month • Film and edit videos for social media, recruiting, and other purposes as needed • Create video intros and graphics for videos and video series • Manage the set-up, production, and live streaming of virtual events • Film and photograph in-person events • Occasional travel will be required, including set up of video equipment, filming and editing videos while traveling Qualifications: • Videography and photography skills including use of camera, lighting, and audio equipment • Video editing skills and software experience • Willingness to travel Compensation: $17-$19 Hour DOE
