    Coldwell Banker Mid-America is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate is responsible for executing and implementing digital marketing strategies as well as assisting sales associates in their digital marketing efforts. This individual will be tasked with managing social media platforms, optimizing online profiles, implementing email marketing campaigns, editing videos, training on digital marketing tools and techniques, and maintaining company websites. This position can be remote or work out of our West Des Moines, IA, or Grand Junction, CO office. Responsibilities: • Create and post content to company and agent social media profiles, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube • Write internal and external communications and email campaigns • Monitor social media activity and respond to or redirect messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely manner • Assist in updating the company website and maintaining content, assist with new website projects as needed • Analyze and report on the success of digital initiatives, including social media efforts, email campaigns and website traffic • Conduct social media and digital marketing audits • Provide troubleshooting support for all company websites and other tech platforms • Facilitate sales associate training on company platforms, website editing, Google My Business and other digital resources • Edit raw footage or utilize purchased content and add text, music, and graphics to create high-quality videos • Manage company direct-mail marketing program • Support company identity and design including digital and printed materials and agent and company signage to maintain consistency and compliance • Deliver on-time, on-target and creatively fresh and effective projects and strategies • Maintain strong working knowledge of new marketing, design and video trends and design software technology, including publishing, photo and video editing and web-based software • Support the Marketing Department with other projects as assigned Qualifications: • Higher education or a minimum of three year’s experience in digital marketing, social media management, or related field; Real estate industry experience is a plus • Creative, flexible, detail-oriented and collaborative; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with time constraints • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube • Experience with design software such as Adobe products and Canva • Knowledge of video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere • Exposure to content management systems such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace Compensation: $19.23 hourly
