Responsibilities: Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Oversee contract processes alongside buyer’s agents to negotiate contracts Work with clients to stage and market homes that draw in homebuyers and their real estate agents to achieve a quick sale Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Qualifications: Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcases clear understanding of the real estate industry Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Compensation: $100,000+
