You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down to candidates who are best suited for our culture. Responsibilities: Put steps in place to scale the recruiting process and ensure candidates are high quality Upload job postings and ads on all known industry job board sites to reach the best real estate professionals in our industry Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our real estate sales team Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected Qualifications: Great at time management and organization Familiar with online job posting tools Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well Two years of work experience in real estate recruiting or inside sales Bachelor’s degree required Compensation: $100,000+
