Job Description

The Marketing Manager will assist Success Mortgage with its internal and external marketing and communications efforts. This position will also lead the company’s onboarding efforts to ensure a smooth and enjoyable transition for newly hired loan officers. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, this person will help shape the company's strategic marketing plan and deliver content and training to the loan officers of the company and assist with the communications plan for company leadership and ancillary business partners. This is an office- position based in either Winchester, VA, Delaware, West Virginia, PA or Maryland.

Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and execution of the strategic marketing plan

General marketing activities including ad design and placement recommendations

Design and manage a communications blueprint for loan officers and its ancillary partners

Provide loan officer marketing support, as needed

Lead onboarding efforts for newly hired loan officers Work closely with the marketing team to ultimately further marketing goals and objectives Create, edit, and post social media marketing of all kinds, including text posts, pictures, informative long-form articles, and video content Maintain a strong online presence that represents the company
