Sales Development Leader

Location: Harrisonburg, VA Company: Coldwell Banker Premier

Job Summary:

Coldwell Banker Premier is expanding its management team and is seeking a Sales Development Leader (Manager-in-Training) for our Harrisonburg, VA office. This position is designed for an individual with real estate experience who is looking to grow into a full management role. The SDL will assist with recruiting, office and community events, networking, and gradually learn to coach and manage agents effectively.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Recruitment: Assist with the recruitment of new and experienced Sales Associates in conjunction with the Director of Talent Attraction.

Events Coordination: Organize and promote office and community involvement projects and events.

Networking: Attend and represent the company at local networking and real estate events to build connections and identify opportunities.

Team Support: Provide support and motivation to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.

Skill Development: Participate in training sessions and coaching to develop management skills and knowledge of company platforms and programs.

Qualifications:

Experience: 1-3 years of real estate sales or related experience is required.

Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt to new challenges and learn new skills.

Passion: A strong desire to succeed and help others achieve their goals.

Attitude: Energetic, positive, and professional demeanor.

Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace tools and other real estate sites and tech platforms.

Compensation:

Salary: Monthly stipend and generous split on personal production. Lead generation and business development opportunities will also be available.
