Compensation • Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 • Bonus Potentials • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Employer-Sponsored Benefits - Medical/Dental • 401K Matching • Rapid Growth Potential • Company laptop provided Responsibilities: • The Operations Manager builds, implements, and manages all systems for transaction coordination, internal communication, client communication, financial management, information management, central database management, and marketing. • Engage in warm check-in calls with clients to inquire about their needs and provide exceptional service. • Foster strong client relationships through personalized interactions, whether in person or over the phone. • Assist in scheduling appointments from our database and earn a share of profits for deals generated. • Manage and optimize our platforms, such as Follow up Boss and Trello, and contribute to process improvements. • Exhibit a proactive attitude towards learning and continuous improvement. • Contribute to the development of new business strategies and tracking methods. • Help organize our annual calendar of events. • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for market domination. • Provide recommendations based on market statistics and data analysis. • Demonstrate creativity by generating innovative ideas and taking proactive steps. • Maintain daily communication to keep priorities on track and ensure success. • Effectively manage independent contractors to support the core selling activities. • Coordinate with various vendors, including social media, photographers, inspectors, appraisers, and escrow agents. • Efficiently manage schedules and appointments. • Address Coldwell Banker-related needs and issues. • Review subscription programs and offer suggestions for optimization. • Identify opportunities for improved systems and processes, and implement necessary changes. • Approach challenges with transparency, providing solutions when presenting issues or concerns. • Efficiently oversee schedules, lead teams, and orchestrate projects to ensure they are completed successfully and on time • Maintain team organization to optimize productivity and collaboration. • Demonstrate self-direction and self-motivation in daily tasks and projects. Qualifications: • Adhere to a Monday-Friday 9:00-5:00 in-office work schedule • Incredibly service-oriented attitude • An eye for design and marketing • Very strong written and verbal communication skills used to keep all stakeholders informed at all times. • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Learning-based, actively and independently seeking out answers when necessary. • Strong work ethic and timely with very flexible work hours. • Ability to focus and complete tasks in a fast-moving environment • Attention to detail and accuracy • Confidence in dealing with customers and colleagues • Ability to remain calm under pressure • Proven ability to succeed • Leadership and consensus-building skills • Comfortability handling strong personalities • A strong drive and deep desire to succeed and grow into greater positions of responsibility, benefits, and pay • Strong verbal communication • Administrative experience in an office setting Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
