    Stephanie Young is a fast-paced, high-energy realtor and she’s looking for team members who are sharp, hardworking, self-motivated, full of ideas for marketing our properties and brand, and excellent problem solvers. Individual must have ALOHA spirit, be a great team player who loves to collaborate, and be an extension of the Stephanie Young Groups’ business model of Commitment. Honesty. Integrity. She is an experienced Realtor specializing in Orange County and works for Coldwell Banker Realty and is looking to double her business this year and grow her team. She has an immediate opportunity for a motivated Real Estate Assistant/Showing Agent. This position is not a stepping stone to real estate sales. Responsibilities: Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales Daily: • Assist with in-person tours and provide clients with property information and be an extension of Stephanie to provide Pros and Cons of each home • Assistance with preparing and hosting an open house, broker preview, caravans, client appreciation, and farming events • Attend home inspection, final walkthroughs, contractor appointments, staging consults, and escrow in-person appointments • When an agent is working with buyers, help the agent find properties. Sending out letters for off-market sellers, etc schedule with agents and buyers • Help agent decrease expenses • Ability to multitask • Client retention and appreciation event coordinator, assist the agent in developing clients for life by giving top of the line services, not missing a thing • Map out and schedule expired and previews • Perform general filing, data entry, and complete forms • Virtual and phone customer service • Scheduling appointments and travel and confirm the day before and obtain feedbacks • Prepare all listing presentation materials (put together packet, put together listing agreement, deliver to prospect pre-listing packet) • Help the agent increase business by keeping her on track to be doing an only income-producing activity  • Deliver signs, flyers, keys, and other miscellaneous items to properties • Assist with purchase and delivery of closing gifts, client appreciation pop-bys, holiday gifts, and annual deliveries • Interact with clients in a professional, reliable, and courteous manner at all times and work collaboratively with other team members and agents • Be willing to take training courses for MLS, market leader, assistant training programs • Supporting Realtor as needed • All other duties as assigned  In-person:  • Meet/greet prospects and clients  • Keep office organized • Keep office supplies and stationary stocked • Assisting with preparation of marketing materials, listing packages, flyers, online advertising • Make sure preexisting packet, buyers packet, FSBO, and expired are always available • Deliver pre-listing packets • Be on all appointments for physical inspection, appraiser, and etc when needed • Send letters out to new leads, clients who gave referrals and thank you cards, etc • Be willing to mail packages, to the post office or other stores that we may need supplies for • Be willing to drive to potential clients throughout OC Listings:  • Deliver a pre-listing packet including stats • Put together a CMA • Print out a packet of contracts and disclosures with highlights or obtain from TC • Put together agents folders - contract, disclosures, prequel questions, CMA, copy of CMA, copy of stats, net sheet, copy of the net sheet, folder labeled • Confirm appointment • Handle all responsibilities once a listing is taken (schedule photographer, input in mls, flyers lockbox, sign, etc) Closing:  • Follow-up with clients and providing the agent with client review once properties have closed (zillow, realtor, yelp, google) • Monitor and update (Zillow Facebook, website, once property has closed) • Put together closing packet for clients once property closes Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving Present yourself in a professional manner Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies • Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Docs • CRMLS System • Zip forms • Docusign • Internet • Gmail  • Scan files and Loading docs to google drive • Texting on iPhone/google voice • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional customer service skills/good communicator • Ability to work in fast-paced team environment • Develop new concepts based on input • Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must  Compensation: $20 - $23 hourly
