Qualifications

• MUST have your own Car
• MUST have a Clean Criminal Record
• MUST have a Cell Phone
• MUST have a Reliable Laptop Computer
• MUST be available Weekends
• MUST be okay with 1_00% COMMISSION BASED, NO BASE SALARY_
• MUST have Leasing or Brokers License within 120 days of start date
• MUST be a member of Chicago Association of Realtors
