Cole Harrison Insurance is a full-service, family owned and operated independent insurance agency that has been serving Maine and NH since 1882. With our main office in Kennebunk, Maine and satellite offices in Kittery and Carrabassett Valley, we provide a broad array of property, casualty, and life products and services. We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Commercial and/or Personal Lines Account Manager/CSR to join our team.

This position will be primarily responsible for new and renewal commercial and/or personal insurance servicing to include: quoting, account service, application preparation and follow-up, producer support, creating and maintaining client files, client data, and other clerical duties as assigned. This is an inside service position with no/limited travel requirements. An excellent phone presence and willingness to work as part of a team are critical to the position.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

•Excellent written and oral communication skills

•Strong organizational skills

•Willingness and desire to grow with the agency

•Familiarity with paperless office concept, document scanning, email, etc.

•A positive and professional attitude.

QUALIFICATIONS, EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

•High School Diploma/GED (preferred)

•Associates/Bachelors (preferred)

•Maine P/C Insurance License (required)

•Minimum 1+ years insurance experience (required)
