We are seeking a CUSTOMER REPRESENTATIVE to grow our retail department in the Salinas area. At Coleworld Inc enhancing the customer experience to build customer loyalty is the primary focus of our customer service role. We provide our customers with high quality customer service to help find the right plan to meet their needs and wants.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Educate customers on all services offered, exhibiting exceptional product knowledge
• Experience providing outstanding customer service by showcasing expertise, fostering trust and growing customer satisfaction
• Maintain a great attitude and be a good team player.
• Provides a total sales solution to our customers, for any of their wireless/mobility needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service
• Deadline and results-oriented
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
