CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR
Colgate Scaffolding looking for a full time contract administrator to assist management and sales who will track the status of documents and ensure documents are executed prior to installation. Responsibility includes ongoing contract maintenance and contract data entry. Eligible candidate will be trained in house in the use of the internal accounting system.
Primary responsibilities;
· Collaborate with sales in establishing contract agreements with clients.
· Track, process and assemble cost contracts, facilitate the correct approvals, and retain approval documents and executed contracts (hard copies and electronic files)
· Approvals – ensure the correct approvals and approval documents are in place prior to the execution of each contract.
· Track documentation development, changes and final resolution through to execution.
· Request and issue insurance certs.
· Keep track of DOB updates and permitting.
· Acts as liaison between company and any/all interested parties to contractual agreements.
· Accounts Payable - Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions, Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
· Ability to multitask.
· Must be able to work under pressure
Candidate Requirements;
· 2+ years’ experience in the Construction Industry. (preferable)
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Starting salary is $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience.
401 K plan 100% match on the fist 4% contributed after one year of employment
Health plan 50% match.
