    Job Description

    The Business Development Executive position at Colibricode is one of our most exciting opportunities. You will be directly responsible for the future growth of the organization through sustained sales effort in North America Markets. The position includes travel, in-person meetings, generating proposals, presenting solutions to prospective clients and closing opportunities that help grow the Colibricode family.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    The following responsibilities are key to the The Business Development Executive position:

    • Identifying, engaging & qualifying new prospects
    • Differentiating our offerings, generating interest & desire
    • Writing & presenting proposals
    • Managing a pipeline & closing new business per monthly quota
    • Facilitating new client hand-off to the delivery team
    • Maintaining regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction & retain accounts
    • Providing timely, organized documentation of sales activities
    • Reporting regularly to upper management
    • Attend evening events and grow Colibricode brand through representation and uncovering opportunities
    • Capitalize on inside sales efforts and incoming leads in a fast and effective manner.

    • Proven track record of consistently meeting / exceeding aggressive quotas
    • Knowledge of web best practices, technologies, Drupal, WordPress and development frameworks.
    • The ability to translate business goals into successful web initiatives.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively & work autonomously
    • Experience penetrating large companies, associations, and complex buying environments
    • Ability to identify buying styles and tailor communications on-the-fly to create credibility and rapport with a wide variety of personalities
    • Ability to develop and deliver compelling presentations to groups of all types & sizes
    • In-depth knowledge of all aspects of sales cycles and relationship management
    • Understanding of market dynamics & competitive solution selling models
    • Fluency with MS Office suite, CRM, email & general computing requirements (Office365 & HubSpot CRM preferred)
    • Ability to travel & maintain flexibility with scheduling
    • Unwavering motivation, persistence & discipline
    • Extensive network of trusted professional contacts (Agencies, technology, education & B2B space preferred)
