    Job Description

    COMPENSATION: $30,000 - $70,000 yearly

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage all marketing strategies and campaigns by working with vendors, insurance agents, sales agents, and marketing team members
    • Engage customers and prospects using events and other marketing initiatives that support insurance sales and brand awareness
    • Analyze and report results of content marketing campaigns, sponsorships, events, paid advertising, and speaking engagements to maintain a profitable cost-per-lead balance that drives Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
    • Track marketing campaigns, events, e-marketing and subscriber lists, and other necessary information in CRM systems
    • Proactively monitor emerging trends within the insurance and marketing industry, flagging relevant reports to managers, as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar specialty is necessary

    • Demonstrated success navigating CRM, analytics, and marketing automation tools

    • Project management, analytics, verbal/written communication skills, and superb organization experience is a must

    • Microsoft Office proficiency in Word and Excel and solid computer skills are required

    • 1-3 years of experience working in partner relations, events, or in-person marketing. Experience in an insurance field is very beneficial, as is experience working with realtors or mortgage professionals.
