TITLE - Onboarding Specialist / Process Design Analyst
LOCATION - Charlotte, NC 28255
DESCRIPTION:
The Process Design Analyst consultant will support the end-to-end access, provisioning, and equipment ordering onboarding process for new hires participating in Academy programs across multiple lines of business.
- Analyst will actively participate in strategic development initiatives related to New Hire onboarding across multiple organizations.
- The consultant will be responsible for owning the ticket submissions for new to role system access and equipment, system access challenge analysis, and resolution of system issues.
- Process Design Analyst consultant will work with multiple lines of business at any given time, as well as manage multiple projects and priorities at the same time.
- The analyst will apply strategic thinking, tactical planning and project management skills along with the ability to complete analysis and prioritize multiple projects without direct management.
- The consultant will build and maintain partnership across Talent Acquisition, Academy and Line of business partners to deliver a product that enables a smooth and streamlined onboarding process.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Complex problem solving and escalation management
- Continuous focus on innovation and automation of enterprise participant tracking
- Process Design, Execution and Program Management for new to role, in-role development, mastery, and upskill programs
- Design and maintenance of program resources/tools
- Monitors and provides routine analysis on overall program health
- Acts as liaison across line of business for program tactics
- Partners across Lines of Business supported by The Academy to drive development priorities and programs

- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (excel pivot tables, advanced formulas, PowerPoint presentations)
- Attention to detail – high level of security, accuracy, and efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communications – communicate to across business lines and report findings
