    POSITION DETAILS:

    INDUSTRY - Banking and Financial

    TITLE - Customer Service Representative (Level III)

    DURATION - 12 months (Ext. based on performance and business need)

    LOCATION - Remote / Work from Home until further notice then at Chandler, AZ

    Training is 5 weeks Monday - Friday 6 am-9 pm (any 8hrs) local time.

    You'll do shift bids based on performance associate successfully completes training, shifts will be provided.

    Schedules can be ANYWHERE between 7 am – 10 pm (any 8hrs) with OT Monday-Sunday.

    It is critical that all potential associates understand that the shifts can be anywhere between these hours.

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITY:

    • The representative role is inclusive to an inbound phone team environment assisting external Merrill Lynch clients, (participants in corporate-sponsored retirement and health plans) with financial transactions and inquiries.
    • This fast-paced work environment provides an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation for a career in the financial services industry.
    • The Call Center assists with 401(k), Stock Options and Health Benefit Solutions.
