WORK LOCATION: MINNEAPOLIS, MN, 55447 (need to work onsite 2 to 3 day a week)
JOB TITLE: ONBOARDING SPECIALISTS
DURATION: 1 YEAR CONTRACT + EXTENSION AND PERMANENT PLACEMENT BASED ON ATTENDANCE AND PERFORMANCE
WORKING HOURS: MONDAY - FRIDAY; 8 AM TO 5 PM; (8HRS A DAY)
DUTIES:
- Looking for an experienced Onboarding Specialist to facilitate the end-to-end customer onboarding process for the implementation of world-class business infrastructure, system architecture, risk mitigation, and operating/support models.
- This role will provide comprehensive support to Gateway customers and the lines of business whose customers are being onboarded.
- Successful candidates will have a proven track record of exceptional customer service, a desire to pro-actively lead individuals (both internal and external) through the onboarding process, and the ability to effectively partner and collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams.
AS A KEY MEMBER OF THE TEAM, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Managing a portfolio of APIs and tracking the progress of all associated customer onboardings.
- Providing a comprehensive service experience which entails attending customer meetings, completing customer setups, and communicating progress.
- Consulting with clients and serving as a singular point of contact throughout the customer onboarding process.
- Proactively guiding internal partners through the process including assisting in the navigation of the access request system.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of client service experience working with high-value customers and/or large organizations
- Experience in one or a combination of the following: internet-based systems, intranet-based business systems, or e-business consulting
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience interfacing directly with external customers
- Technical background or experience with complex applications
- Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-starter, and ability to multitask to meet defined deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively interact and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Demonstrated analytic skills and experience solving business problems
