Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing sourcing, contracting, and negotiating for the IT category that includes telecom, software, hardware and equipment.
• This role requires close collaboration with the global IT team, leadership team, and other key stakeholders.
• Lead and manage sourcing initiatives
• Gather market and supply intelligence
• Adept at analytics and cost modeling
• Drive deal and contract negotiations
• Supplier relationship management

Preferred Qualifications :

• Proven experience managing IT suppliers.
• Gather, analyze and present data—strong, effective analytics skill set.
• Translate business issues and operational issues into functional plans.
• Develop and issue RF(x)s, analyzes proposals, negotiate price/delivery, lead the team through a concise, objective decision-making process.
• Negotiate complex contracts, master agreements, professional service agreements, outsourcing agreements with complex Services Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Support implementation of new suppliers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Able to effectively drive and lead meetings.
• Must be flexible, adaptable and be able to respond to shifting priorities, and quickly learn and improve new applications and processes.
• Must be comfortable coordinating tasks across multiple functions and global locations.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in a dynamic, complex environment.
• Creative thinker, with a desire and ability to look for better ways to approach issues and situations.
