POSITION: Business Systems Analyst

LOCATION: Santa Anna, CA preferred, but are also open to Dallas candidates (will be remote for time being) DURATION: Likely will be 6 month CTH (they are considering FTE for the right candidate)

OVERVIEW:

This team is apart of the Origination group, and they be on the financial side of Originations. They currently have a very defined roadmap. They are in need of Business Systems Analysts to support needed business solutions, as well as more support to create functional requirements to send over to the technical teams.  

MUST HAVES:

•         7 years experience working as Business Analyst with Mortgage Originations experience

•         Strong prior experience with Data Mapping and Process Mapping

•         Beginner/Intermediate level Hands-on experience in SQL, reporting projects

•         Encompass experience highly preferred (use of JIRA within the mortgage domain could work)

•         EXCELLENT communication skills – will be driving conversations with business leaders

•         HIGH Energy & personality heavily desired for this role
